When they arrived in Medford, OR on 16 November 2011, Jacob showed signs of confusion and anxiety, it was a long road trip and something he was not used to.
Rogue Valley Hospital in MedfordIn 2011 Jacob wound up at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford, OR where Jacob was abused and mistreated. Catherine complained to higher authorities, as a result, Jacob received a ‘mea culpa’ letter and was transferred to Oregon State Hospital in Salem after his medical records were forged. (JACOB’S TBI WAS DENIED, nobody cared.
Salem State Hospital in SalemAfter about 4 months of Rogue Valley, he was transferred to Salem State Hospital. The doctor there recognized his TBI, could not help him and he was shortly after released.
Salem Health Hospital in SalemJacob wound up there briefly; they forced him to give a blood test suspecting him to be high on drugs. This was not the case. Catherine said he had a TBI, was in a wheel chair and had a verbal outburst. As Jacob fought back against being forced to take the blood test, he was physically beaten and abused by the hospital staff, who threatened to file charges against him. They denied his TBI.
Portland State Hospital in PortlandJacob’s TBI again was denied; he got no TBI treatment yet was physically and mentally abused.
Salem State HospitalJacob was sent back to Salem State Hospital because Catherine confronted Dr. Wolf & Elon Shlosberg regarding their Jewish Religious practices in the State Hospital.
No TBI treatment given. Dr. Wolf sent Jacob to Dr. Jobe’s Unit at Salem State Hospital because he felt threatened by Catherine re: Jewish Religious Practices.
Gateway Behavioral in Eugene
In March of 2013, Jacob was placed at Gateway Board & Care in Springfield, OR, where again, there is no treatment or consideration for Jacob’s TBI. He is being warehoused, has gained more than 50 lbs. in weight, his diabetes has progressed as his hepatitis C is totally ignored.
Sacred Heart Hospital in EugeneJacob was taken off all psychotropic medications, was taken down to baseline, for no apparent reason, other than for the attending psychiatrists curiosity. Again, he received no treatment for his TBI, and he had no behavioral problems.
Salem State HospitalJacob again was shot up with psychotropic medications, and shipped off to Portland State Hospital, again, his TBI has been denied.
Portland State HospitalJacob has been there now since February 2014. Again he received any treatment for his TBI. He has gained 70lbs in weight, his blood sugar has elevated.
He now has type II Diabetes which he did not have before, and he has a high liver count, which he did not have before.
Conclusion
At this point Oregon has institutionalized Jacob completely, in that he has not been able to set foot outside of the Oregon State Hospital during the past three years as Jacob has no interest at this time to even go outside his 4 walls.
To add insult to injury, for many months that Jacob has been kept in an institution, both his mother and his friends have been forbidden to either see him or speak to him by phone.
When Jacob attempts to call out, the hospital interrupts / ends the phone call.
